Margaret Neal

Margaret Neal is the daughter of Charles (Charlie, C.J.) and Essie Neal. She was born June 1907. She attended school at Wilcox Academy and a private boarding school in Idaho. She completed her nurses training in California. She returned to Vernal where she met and fell in love with Dr. Jacob Marrion Francke. They were married in 1933. Margaret was the mother of four children. She was an RN, a talented singer, and involved in many civic activities. Margaret died Januraly 9, 1996
