Previous history significant for bilateral lung transplantation for complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome followed aspiration pneumonia. Past ocular history significant for bilateral cataract extraction and left corneal transplant for toxic anterior segment syndrome. |

Fibrin thrombi within capillaries and arterials and associated acute infarcts of the hypothalami, frontal lobes, temporal lobes and pituitary stalk consistent with calcineurin inhibitor toxicity. |
