Leber's stellate neuroretinitis is characterized by unilateral visual loss, optic disc swelling, macular star, and spontaneous resolution in an otherwise healthy patient. Whether infectious or idiopathic, the condition is self-limited. Here, we present the case of a 7 year-old boy with chronic idiopathic stellate neuroretinitis. |
