Description Few cases of unusual eye movements associated with intracranial hypertension are reported. Infrequently, cranial nerve palsies, including third nerve palsies are reported as well. To our knowledge, ptosis with gaze palsy associated in the setting of increased intracranial pressure has not been previously reported.
