Description PTC, also known as idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), is a condition associated with increased intracranial hypertension without clinical, laboratory, or radiologic evidence of an intracranial space-occupying lesion, meningeal inflammation,or venous outflow obstruction. A confirmed diagnosis of PTC requires fulfillment of Modified Dandy's criteria for IIH Diagnosis.
