Includes a copy of a speech titled "Vietnam and the 1968 elections" by historian Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., printed in the Congressional Record, issue of Oct. 9, 1967; and a copy of Mr. Eccles's statement on Vietnam from December of 1965, printed in the San Francisco Chronicle issue of January 3-4, 1966. |
