It has. always seemed strange to me that in Utah where the great majority of the people know every thing that there Ls to know about their great, great grandfathers, and even beyond, that they know so little about the buildings that housed them. Through the efforts of the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, great volumes of information have been gathered. concerning the people who settled this vast desert state, .but included in the wealth of material there are only scattered references to the architectural forms created by the pioneer builders. |
