Description Address: 424 Park Avenue, Park City. After a fire destroyed an earlier building in 1898, this chapel was was built from 1899 to 1900 and officially opened March 18, 1900 and cost nearly $1,200 to complete. Additions in 1926-1930 and in 1938 work commenced on the amusement hall. The building served as a meeting house until 1962. It became condominiums, then the building burned again in 1982. Restored by the present owners, it has been run as a bed-and-breakfast inn, the Blue Church Lodge.
