Eyelid movements result from coordinated excitatory and inhibitory activity in the levator palpebrae superioris and the orbicularis oculi. ln generaL derangements in this coordinated efforf have not been precisely studied. We have applied the magnetic search coil technique familiar to ocular motor researchers to study eyelid movement abnonnalities. |
