Description |
A 53 year old white female was recently referred to the neurology clinic for evaluation of vertigo. For ten days prior to her visit, she had experienced a rhythmic rotatory jerking or tilting of her field of vision. This was associated with a feeling of unsteadiness. The symptoms were constant but disappeared when she closed her eyes. She denied any other neurologic problems. Specifically, she denied weakness, numbness or blindness. |
