Show This is a photograph of the Utah Gospel Mission wagons camped close to the residence of Rev. Josiah McClain in Salt Lake City, Utah. The front on the photograph is an open field with plants. In the background is the two-story home of Rev. Josiah McClain which is surrounded by a wooden fence. Two camp wagons are visible in the photograph. One is close to the house and the other one is to the far left of the photograph. Other small structures, trees, and a telephone pole are all visible in the photograph. <br><br> |

The images in the photograph are clear although the overall photograph is not in very good condition. There is a small hole in the bottom left hand corner of the photograph. The upper left hand corner of the photograph is missing. The back of the photograph has other paper stuck on two of the corners. It appears to have been removed from another piece of paper. The following is written in black ink on the back of the photograph: " U.G.M. Wagons camped at Salt Lake City. June, 1914. Rev. McClain's house partly in view on the Right." In pencil the following is written: "UGM- Utah Gospel Mission." |
