Pathology Colon carcinoma metatstatic to the pituitary.
Disease/Diagnosis Metastatic colon cancer to the pituitary gland
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU declining to 20/60 OD, 20/40 OS
Presenting Symptom Blurred vision OU
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Surgery; XRT; Steroids; Antineoplastic agents
