The Hotel Utah Motor Lodge had a restaurant called the Crossroads Coffee Shop in the 1960s. It became a Dee's franchise in the 1970s. The name "Crossroads" was then applied to the Coffee Shop in the basement of the Hotel Utah. The Dee's restaurant outlived the Motor Lodge, which closed in 1980, but now (2013) stands empty |
