Description Dr Ziter was born in Barre, Vermont in 1933. Dr Ziter received his bachelor's from St Michaels College in Colchester, Vermont and his M.D. from the University of Vermont in 1960. Dr Ziter completed his internship and residency in neurology at the Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. Dr Ziter came to the University of Utah in 1965 as a faculty member in both the departments of neurology and pediatrics. Dr Ziter was the acting Chair of the Department of Neurology from 1981-1982. Dr Ziter was Director of the Electromyography Laboratory. Dr Ziter was an adjunct professor in the College of Health where he trained physical therapy students in managing neuromuscular disease. Dr Ziter died in 1991.
