The Utes were led with first place finishes by Langley Iverson and Anneli Stahl. In the high jump, Iverson led the way with a mark of 5-07.75 for first-place. Freshman Suzie Vozarova cleared 5-1.75, which earned her 10th overall in her first collegiate meet. Coming off a redshirt season, Klaudia Rokossa posted a mark of 11-5.75 (sixth) in the pole vault. Brianna LeRoy finished second in the long jump with a distance of 17-11.00. In the running events, Lucy Yates finished third overall in the 400m (57.77). Yates also completed the fastest leg of the 4x400m relay, which finished third with a time of 3:54.35. Angela Kaplar clocked a time of 8.68 (second overall) in the 60m hurdles. Freshman, Rosalie Griffin posted 13th overall in the 400m (59.91) in her first collegiate race. In the field events, Anneli Stahl claimed first-place in the weight throw with a mark of 54-10.75. Cynthia Sanchez finished seventh in the weight throw with a distance of 50-8.00. In the shot put, the Utes had three athletes finish in the top 10. Nikkie Rudder earned second overall with a distance of 46-4.25. Candus Aiello took the fourth spot with a throw of 44-0.75 and Alanna Nulph finished 10th with a mark of 40-1.50. |
