Description |
Francis Feltch with snow shoeshoes, waits for Jack Turner to warm up the plane before the two made a flight over Blue mountain to check on ranch families living there. The other three men pictured are, left to right, Mayor B.H. Stringham, Dale Naylor and Bud Bancroft, partner in the Basin Flying Service. The Chew and Mantle families were found in good condition and well. |
