Description |
Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions in a person's life. Yet, many students graduate from high school and from college and have no idea what they are going to do with their education. Those who do may have a very limited view of the opportunities that are available for them to explore. This project, a compilation of stories based on the career journeys of individuals who graduated from college with a math major, is designed to meet that need. The theory behind the project, as well as the current response from those who have read the book, is that it will serve as both an inspirational and an informational treatise regarding the myriad of job options available for those who choose to study mathematics. |
