Description Optic neuritis (ON) is a common cause of vision loss in MS. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) functional connectivity detects temporal correlations in spontaneous blood oxygen level-dependent (BOLD) signal oscillations. This study investigates how ON affects the functional connectivity of brain regions with primary visual cortex (V1).
