Disease/Diagnosis Suprasellar yolk sac tumor
Clinical VA: Initial 20/200 OD, 20/30 OS declining to hand motions OD, 20/200 OS; RAPD OD
Presenting Symptom Progressive bilateral loss of vision
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Antineoplastic agents; IV and oral steroids
