Description A 35 year old male had been followed for several years with progressive decrease in visual acuity and ocular motility on the right secondary to an optic nerve meningioma. Because of progressive pain, proptosis and diplopia, he had a total decision of the optic nerve and meningioma. Post-operatively the patient had a complete cranial nerve Ill palsy as well as blindness.
