Description The mechanism of vestibular migraine (VM) remains to be established. Although video-oculography (VOG) and video-head impulse test (VHIT) use in VM attacks may disclose relevant findings which may help to explain VM mechanism, these have been mainly performed in the intercritic phase. We present a 24-hour VOG and VHIT longitudinal analysis during a probable vestibular migraine attack.
