| History |
A 33-year old female with diminished vision OU. Previous history significant for metastatic infiltrative, intraductal breast carcinoma which was treated with modified radical mastectomy and chemotherapy. 15 months after surgery readmitted for myelography to evaluate complaints of severe back pain. It was at that time visual complaint was noted. |
