A 61-year-old woman with history of chronic hepatitis B and untreated low-grade B-cell lymphoma noticed blurry vision in both eyes 1 month ago. Visual acuity was 20/20 in each eye with normal anterior and posterior segment examination. She had normal ocular motility but obvious downbeating nystagmus in all positions of gaze thus blurry vision was attributed to oscillopsia.
