Debra Moore (Class of 1983)

Debra Moore is the District Court Administrator, a statewide position in the Administrative Office of the Courts. Before joining the Courts over 4 years ago, she practiced law for 24 years in a variety of settings including small firm, large firm, and government. She taught legal writing at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law from 1993 to 1996. She was a member of the Board of Bar Commissioners for several years and was President of the Utah State Bar in 2003-2004. She served as the Bar representative on the Utah Judicial Council from 2000 to 2002 and was Chair of the Judicial Council's Guardian Ad Litem Oversight Committee from 2005 to 2006.
