Description Leber's stellate neuroretinitis is characterized by unilateral visual loss, optic disc swelling, macular star, and spontaneous resolution in an otherwise healthy patient. Whether infectious or idiopathic, the condition is selflimited. Here, we present the case of a 7 year-old boy with chronic idiopathic stellate neuroretinitis.
