Pathology Cavernous sinus lesion
Disease/Diagnosis Leiomyoma in the cavernous sinus
Clinical VA: 20/25 OU; Color plates: 15/15 OU
Presenting Symptom Blurred vision OU
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
