D & RGW. Switch Engine 148 of the SW 100 type built by the Electro Motive Division of G.M. in 1968. Three units of this type have been used in the Roper Yards in South Salt Lake for the last few years until 1988 when 2 147 and 149 sent to Denver leaving only 148 & other SW-1200 class engines.
