This review will discuss: 1) medication-induced optic neuropathies, 2) the possible relationship of certain drugs to the development of pseudotumor cerebri, 3) the neuro-ophthalmologic toxicity of antineoplastic agents, 4) pupillary problems that may be caused by topical or systemic medications.
