Competing in the first track event of the evening, McInturff recorded a time of 10:07.35 to set a new meet and facility record and capture the event title. Utah runners also claimed the top-six spots in the event. Jessica Sams competed unattached, crossing the line second overall with a time of 10:23.02. Dana Snell, Kate Stringfellow, and Shaylen Crook were the third, fourth and fifth runners to finish recording times of 10:35.96, 10:36.77, and 10:39.80, respectively. Other Utah athletes who competed in the 3,000 include: Hannah Allred (8th), Megan Spehar (9th), Dakota Gossman (11th), Sussanah Hurst (14th) and Jade Mulvey (15th). "It was a really good race," Hannah McInturff said. "The first couple of laps we kind of hit a 5k pace because I'm racing the 5k next weekend. I just wanted to kind of get a feel for that. With a mile to go, we started to pick up the pace and try to push a little bit more." The Utes also dominated the 800-meter run. Leading the charge was redshirt senior Andrea Chavez. Competing for the last time in front of her home crowd, the race came down to the wire as Wyoming's Cassidy Meade passed Chavez with 250-meters to go. The last 100-meter came down to a sprint as Chavez rallied back to capture first in a time of 2:09.67. Junior Grace Englund finished not far behind in third, recording a personal-best time of 2:11.02. Senior Allison Aafedt earned fifth at 2:11.25 and Sadie Wassum was tenth. True freshman Christine Glasmann kept things rolling for the Utes in the javelin. Glasmann tallied another event title for the Utes after recording a personal-best throw of 158 feet, 10 inches. The 200-meter dash featured four Utes competing. Junior Alissa Atisme finished second in the event after recording a time of 24.25 seconds. Grace Englund was the next Ute to finish with a time of 25.69 seconds for 15th, followed closely by Mesa Weidle (16th, 25.70) and Allison Aafedt (17th, 25.81). Van Brocklin claimed fifth overall with a time of 14.49 seconds and McCluskey placed 16th in 16.16 seconds. Van Brocklin returned to compete in the 400-meter hurdles, capturing third with a time of 1:00.59. True freshman Eliza Hansen led the way for the Utes in high jump. Hansen cleared a height of five feet, two inches to place 12th. In the long jump, McCluskey and Madison Lanford competed for the Utes.
