The Joseph P. and Carrie Stringham Hacking home is a one and a half story, Victorian cottage, central block with projection bays. The exterior waslls a three wythes thick. The home was completee in 1900 on the original Philip Stringham Homestead, just as Joseph was sent on a mission for the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Germany. Joseph returned from his mission in 1903 after two and a half years. Joseph was a farmer and livestock raiser. |
