Eva Ashton, prominent and civic leader, was the daughter of Henry and Minerva Van Wagoner Stewart. She married Rae Ashton and together they owned the Ashton Brohters Company. She is the mother of Stewart and Ralph Ashton. She was involved with the Amerian Legion Auxiliary and was named its National President in 1952. She was born July 5, 1898 and died November 14, 1962. |
