Description Built by Corinne Opera Company, Inc. and dedicated on July 4, 1870. Largest opera house outside of Salt Lake City. All the prominent stock companies on their way west on the new railroad stopped here and played one night or more stands in the early days. Had a spring dance floor. (Springs from coaches and railroad pullmans were placed under the floor to give it bounce). Center of recreation and LDS Meeting House for several years until it was razed in 1951.
