Description Tracks were made to pull carts up the hill to remove overburden around the quarry area. The work men were from the FERA camp stationed at the monument. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
