Description |
Isaac Burton Sr. and his wife Clara arrived in Jensen, Utah with their 12 children on November 17, 1877. The soon built a log home and also a ferry to cross the Green River. This was a means of supporting the family. In 1881 he sold his farm and ferry to his sons. Isaac Jr. and his wife, Hattie Terrill, took over the operation. In the early 1900's, it was sold to the Sam Haslem Family. |
