Chuck Ainge (1883-1969) is center in this photo. He never married and worked at various jobs throughout the valley. His parents were George (1836-1918) and Polly Maston McKee Ainge. He worked at the Dragon Gilsonite mines, but spent most of his years herding cattle and ranching, being employed by the Snow brothers, Bill Johnson, and Keith Hill up at Linwood, Utah. The woman in the car could be his mother, Polly (1848-1932) and maybe a brother to his left. |
