Description |
Essie Neal is the wife of Charles (Charlie, J.C.) Neal. She was instrumental in the service of the first telephones in the Uinta Basin, training and managing the telephone operators for years. She was a charter member of Duveromy Order of the the Eastern Star and a charter member of the Chapter PEO Sisterhood. She was also involved in the state level of these organizations. She was born October 13, 1886 and died in September 1968. |
