Description |
Jack and Mary Chew cabin at Pool Creek, one of the first ranches established in what is now Dinosaur Nationall Monument and home to three generations of the Chew family. The one-room cabin was built in 1911. In the 1920's, Mary and sons Rial and Doug manage the ranch. This cabin burned in 1942. Rial Chew, eventually becomes the sole owner of the property and built a new home for his growing family on the same spot as the old cabin. |
