Description |
John Glenn came to the Uinta Basin in 1866 when the soldiers were stationed at Fort Duchesne. He later came back and settled in the Ashley Valley with his family in 1886. He was an early teacher at Naples and Union School in Ashley. He later became a businessman venturing in mercantile and the hotell business. He was born December 1, 1859 and died April 18, 1923. |
