Description |
Mary Law Crouse came through the area with her parents stopping in Rock Springs, Wyoming. While visiting her sister near Brown's Park she met and married Charley Crouse. They lived on Diamond Mountain and then moved down to the Park Live Ranch where her husband owned a horse ranch. They later moved to Bridgeport and operated a toll-bridge across the Green River. Mary ran a postoffice out of the small store located in this area. Mary died on Januray 31, 1904 at age 43. |
