Description |
"This project features a series of environment designs where the planets and moons in our solar system have been terraformed and made habitable. The three designs displayed are digital paintings of Mercury.; Mars, and Ganymede. Kei aims to depict science fiction environments as otherwise familiar landscapes. Even though these varying climates show signs of human life, they capture the isolation created by the vastness of space. These environments belong to a larger narrative project Kei will continue after graduation. Kei plans to pursue a career writing and illustrating original graphic novels." From the artist. This work was displayed as part of the 2024 Illustration Capstone exhibition. |
