Description |
Address: 2631 East Murray-Holladay Road, Holladay. The closing of Phillips Congregational Church in Salt Lake City prompted members to organize Holladay Community Church in 1953. At the time, this was the only Protestant Church south of 2100 South in the Salt Lake Valley. Money from the sale of the Phillips church property went toward the purchase of the property in Holladay, and its building was completed in 1955. In 1957, it became part of the United Church of Christ. |
