Description A 59-year-old woman presented with 8 weeks of headaches and 3 weeks of dizziness and ataxia. An MRI was performed that showed multiple intraparenchymal masses, including, as expected, a lesion in the right cerebellum. Blood cultures and basic serologies were negative or normal. A CT scan of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis revealed enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes and three suspicious lesions in the liver.
