Description |
Magnetic resonance DWI findings are a sign of stroke even in patients with transient ischemic accidents (TIA). We investigated retinal microvascular findings and arteriovenous diameters among patients with suspected TIA to determine whether they differentiated those with and without DWI positive scans. |
