Description |
Miss Jennie Taylor, from Lehi, Utah, was given the 4-H organization, Phase 1, to complete her practice teaching requirements from Utah State College in Logan, Utah, about 1919. She taught at the Uintah High School that year as the Home Economics teacher. Maude Martin acted as th Junior Leader in the 4-H group. The girls entered their projects in the Utah State Fair. The photo was taken at the William Martin home located in the northeast part of Vernal, Utah. Identified in the photo are Lois and Olive Martin and Miss Jennie Taylor. Other girls in the photo are Cornelia Crowley, Maude Martin, and Ida Dayton. |
