History A 37-year old female with a 6-week history of diplopia, nausea and headache. Previous history significant for migraine with occasional aura and minor head trauma as a child.
Pathology Brachium mass consisting of inflammatory infiltrate composed of T cells, B cells and macrophages.
Disease/Diagnosis Isolated CNS lymphomatoid granulomatosis lesion presenting as diplopia
Clinical Right esotropia; Acuity reduced to persistent nystagmus in all directions of gaze.
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Nausea; Headache
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Surgery; Antineoplastic agents; Anticonvulsants
