Brachium mass consisting of inflammatory infiltrate composed of T cells, B cells and macrophages. |

Isolated CNS lymphomatoid granulomatosis lesion presenting as diplopia |

Right esotropia; Acuity reduced to persistent nystagmus in all directions of gaze. |
