Disease/Diagnosis Infarct in area of cranial nerve III nucleus
Clinical Her hospital course was characterized by episodes of extreme drowsiness from which she could be roused with relative ease. On viewing a page of printed sentences she ignored the left side of the page.
Presenting Symptom Decreased vision; Inability to open eyes; Dysarthria; Left hemiparesis; Left facial weakness; Drowsiness
