This piece consists of two square canvases mounted vertically. Rows of rice paper are adhered to create a fish scale pattern. The monotony is broken by porcleain and gold pieces, the natural curl of the rice paper, and the inconsistent off-white coloring. This work was displayed as part of the 2024 BFA show "Tea Time". |
