Description PPND is a recently identified disease entity characterized by onset of parkinsonism and dementia in the fourth decade of life, autosomal dominant inheritance and rapid progression to death within 4-16 years of onset. It is the goal of this study to characterize the oculomotor findings in this disease and compare them with those found in Parkinson's Disease (PD), progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) and Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
