History An 18-year old female with global headache and episodic blind spots OU diagnosed as pseudotumor cerebri.
Disease/Diagnosis Torcular meningioma invading th eposterior saggital sinus
Clinical On initial presentation to a neurologist the patient was found to have bilateral optic disc edema. A brain CT scan without contrast was normal. Lumbar puncture showed an opening pressure of 45 cm. of water, with otherwise normal studies.
Presenting Symptom Constant global headaches; Intermittent 'Blind spots'
