Description A 55 year old woman diagnosed with Graves' disease in 1971 underwent I therapy and remained euthyroid with oral replacement. In August, !991, she began to develop signs and symptoms of Graves' orbitopathy. She developed binoculuar vertical diplopia three months prior to presentation. In January 1993, upon referral to our institution, visual acuity was 20/20 OU. Examination revealed 3 mm of relative proptosis OS and hyperemic conjunctiva particularly over the muscle insertions.
